London, April 11 (BridgeNews) - The euro dropped half a cent to an eight-day low of 0.8843 against the dollar, in a knee-jerk reaction to the European Central Bank's decision to hold the key euro-zone interest rate at 4.75% instead of cutting it. The euro was last bid against the dollar at 0.8852.
