TOKYO (AFX) - The cabinet of outgoing Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori resigned en masse this morning, paving the way for the appointment of Junichiro Koizumi as premier, government officials said. "The Mori cabinet resigned today at his last cabinet meeting ahead of the formation of a new cabinet," said Kazuhiro Koshikawa, deputy presss secretary for Mori.
